This album is the first in a forthcoming series exploring the Greek classical elements, air, earth, fire and water. Each album will feature four longer form tracks and will incorporate field recordings and music, separately and combined, and it is my intention to release music that will be uplifting and inspirational as well as relaxing and calming for the mind and body. The music will, as music does, write itself though, and sometimes it may not be fully relaxing, but when this happens, I hope the sounds and atmospheres will be interesting, immersive, and emotional.

For this release however, the focus has been on mindfulness and calm, and the four tracks reflect this.
